- Source Of Supply Optimization – Selection of the best Source of Supply for products that can be sourced from multiple locations.
- Fair Share – allocates stocks equitably in case of supply shortage
- Mode Selection – Optimization of Modes like Trucks of Various Capacities, Rail, Sea, Part-load carriers, Air shipment, etc. based on freight and volume benefits.
- Constraints – Constraints like Product Mix, Loading constraints, Distance/ Time constraints, Availability and Route constraints etc.
- Timely delivery – Pro-rata rationing of stocks across customers in case of supply shortage. Prioritization of dispatch based on lead-times and demand dates.
